Shipping and Returns:  Items will be shipped via USPS or Ground FedEx or UPS, depending on the most timely and cost effective method.  Orders will ship in the contiguous 48 States for free.   Small orders will normally be shipped from our Catlett, VA location.  Large orders such as to wholesale or distributor activities will normally ship from our warehouse in Greensboro, NC.

Returns:  For goods damaged in transit, please contact us before returning them.  For claims under warranty, please return the unused portion in an original sealed container, with a copy of your receipt, and a short statement as to the problem, to Growtastic, Attn: Warranty Claims, 9027 Burwell Rd, Catlett, Virginia  20119.
